Michael Ramel

To my mother
She's the closest thing to God I know
She's a giver of life, love
She's the music, the maestro
She brings the sun inside when it starts to rain
She finds the warmth inside the cold
Has a home if you need to stay
She's the one who guided us
Through all the forgotten years
The times that we would stumble
She would wipe away the tears
As God created the earth, the skies, the sea
God also had time to create My Mom

Xo Michael Ramel Date: 4/23/2025 10:32:00 AM thanks Crystol.....My mom unfortunately passed away in 2019, but I did write this (and had it framed) for her on Mother's Day of 1994 so she did get to enjoy it.

I did include you in the top 3 for this reason but not only for this reason. The poem was so powerful it didn't need a title or perhaps the title is so implied because of the heart that is poured out through the poem. Thanks for sharing!!!
