Dark desires unkempt,
tease and taunt and tempt,
so what is the source,
of these cravings coarse?
Pausing flow of thought,
the Gordian knot
loosens to reveal
what we truly feel.
What we seek is bliss,
rapture of God's kiss
but see not the light;
pitiful’s our plight.
Stooped is our soul's stance,
so we take a chance,
choosing staid silence,
sans thought violence.
If we're resolute,
in time we reboot;
call it eccentric,
we are void centric.
As we cease to sway,
the false falls away,
revealing our soul,
tranquil, blissful, whole.
With erst cravings gone,
we’re here, now reborn,
pristine like the snow,
light without shadow.
