Healthy identity is rooted in wealthy socioeconomic trust,
beginning in utero
swimming about in embryonic nutrition,
rather than active distrust
or more passive mistrust of the unknown
yet frightening alien, aggressive Other.
Psychological fuel for polypathic political trust
is safe integrity-building neurosystemic empathy,
which grows bilaterally within mutually cooperative
win/win economies
of co-empathic positive communication intent,
co-arising compassion's nonduality
in more ecstatic peaks of good beatific co-investment
and synergetically healthy humor.
Empowering empathy is a teachable,
because learnable,
listening and noticing integrity skill,
stretching to include alienations of Self v Other doubt,
occasionally even recovering abusive win/lose trauma victims
neurosystemically triggered within
restorying ecosystemic political and economic survivalism
of passion/pleasure relationships
without disempowered Othering.
Thriving win/win co-empathic bicameral skills
engage healthy mindfulness,
eco-political consciousness of Self holonically re-syncing with Other's
intent toward mutually co-redemptive integrity,
therapeutic trust,
sacred love,
re-ligiously positive regard,
esteemed associative equivalence
emerging from re-connecting with our Original Intent
Regeneratively recycling Earth's fertile wilderness
of Positive Deviance Psychology,
Political ChoiceMaking for positive nutrients,
economically cooperative WinWin TransActions,
deviant from anxious dissonant hoarding
and chronic win/lose competitive chaos,
mind-unfelt and body-untouched by compassion,
endless notnot appositional binomials
of double-binding not-not knotted ambivalence.
Zero-centric mindfulness training
is not only the stuff of sit at home,
chant and drum meditation training and sensory experience
of nutritional sounds and tastes and sights and smells
with concomitant affective feelings
of resonant trust, dissonant mistrust, assonant distrust,
hate lust,
fear bust,
anger unjust
trusting things might be better
if I can just cathartically,
purgatively force myself and others to calm back down
from active distrust to at least more passive mistrust
about our continuing future lives together
in more peaceful silence of mutual breathing,
surfing in then breezing out.
While shared centering space and sounds can be useful
especially as household units,
and prior to other important domestic empowering economic discernment events
co-invested sibling unquibbling processes
systemic networks of positive
transitional
win/win revolutionary
sacred revival organic thrival intent
stretching mindfulness through each active loving moment
of each recycling day and night
is optimally sustained only in a safe-risk environment
of political and economic cooperative
democratically inclusive
trust nurturance
where win/lose power competitions are confined to roleplay
to nurture cooperative win/win healthy poli-economic sway
Toward Both-And powers of consensual discernment
to discover together highest and best political ecotherapy
and multicultural economic health optimization
restoring emotional wealth outcomes.
We are best within our democratically-inclusive empathic wheelhouse,
rather than the mutual immune fears of unknown
mysterious and unfortunate threats
and other competitive LeftBrain too-reductive dominance
in defining extended families of synergetic
confluence
Health humored consilience
requires not non(0)-centric disciplines
of Both/And win/win mindfulness
but these are more accurately embraced as Tao-disciplines
on behalf of Love as MotherNature's KindTrust Appreciation
Silently surfing back and forth
in and out
rather than anthro-supremacist political/economic goals
of Anger and Fear Management/Mongering
and self v alien Other repression
of the static/stuck trauma victim within
trying to feel better
about saving face
managing loss of win/win integrity's damage control
Seeking safety and security in hiding
defensive time out preferences,
self restraint procedures
conserving economic ego-investment boundary policies
to contain our LoseLose worst disempowering
and disinvestment fears.
The Haudenosaunee definition of grace,
gratitude,
thanksgiving,
"the words that come before all else"
under ideal compost incubating circumstances
of mutual-mentoring
creative
Both-And political and economic cooperative discernment
might bilaterally recognize co-passion
The belief that anthro-supremacy is fundamental
to wise political and economic regenerative planning
for future generations,
is the Original Sin of fundamentalist mono-culturing
irreligiously divisive
win/lose capitalist patriarchal

knows poli-economic best
idolatry.
Our capacities for healthy mutual co-empathic trust development
far exceed such a limited and limiting sense of our own personal,
familial,
and EarthTribal identity,
history of cooperative empowerment
and co-intelligent economics.
