Listen to poem:

Unconventional Love

You say you love me and yet
I feel you hardly know me

I say I love you and yet
I feel an aching emptiness within
and fail to have a sense of ‘we’

It’s curious and odd to think we are in love
when we have no clue where this can lead
even stranger is how we are ok with that

Somehow we’re defining and redefining love
as we try to understand what’s become of us

It makes me think of two teenage lovers. They always say they are in love with each other when they are 17. What do they know? Such a road to travel ahead. Will they someday learn sincere romantic love? Will it last forever? I agree with Yan below, this was touching.
