Very nice Haiku...Hope is all we can have and maybe they'll win...I have posted a narrative type "write" called "Poor Scarlett Never Learns" which uses your new form but I don't think it's very good. I'm going to work on some more of them....Enjoyed your Haiku...Marty

My daughter will love it! I am printing it out. She'll be home from college this weekend. I'll enjoy sharing it with her and my husband. So you want to be #1. I think we can live with that. Thanks for this day brightener. Karen

This is perfect for our family. Since my husband has followed baseball since he was a young child he definitely deserves #1 fan status. His dad played in the minor for awhile. What a fun poem for us. Blessing to you for bring us this joy! Karen

Thank you for making my day with this delightful poem. I even had my husband, another avid baseball fan, check it out. My daughter's name is Megan. If the Twins would truly go all the way in 2010, the O'Learys would go hoarse cheering them on. I still remember the fun in 1987 and 1991--homer hankies and all. Karen
