Twinkles In the Sky

TWINKLES IN THE SKY How long does a star live, millenniums, Or perhaps multiple, unbelievable billions Seductive, sensuous twinkles in the sky, Brilliant, bold not shy, that meet the eye, Maybe even several eras of zillions! Realms of magic, explosions of light way up high, Brilliant twinkling mischievous stars that sadly die, Over billions of years this will occur, Which makes my heart strings stir, Astrologists watch and record, on them we rely.

Hello Jennifer … it's hard to imagine that we live on what is no more than a grain of sand in the vastness of suns, planets, stars etc, and all is practically spoken of in millions of years - thank you Jennifer - Lindsay

Hi Lindsay, You are so right, just a spec in one of the universes, hard for our minds to grasp that the universes are also eternal - there must be some kind of life on some planet, or others, its just so vast, Did God favour humankind only, we will never know, for if we have evolved, why wouldn't others, somewhere in the universe of universes? Thank you for a lovely comment Lindsay. Hugs, Jenny.

Hi Alexis, So nice to see you visiting my page - missed you - star gazing generates a relaxing, romantic, unfathomable aura - we go to the Kruger National 2 or 3 times a year and the sky is a perfect delight - no pollution, no noise, just the sound of animals. Thank you dear friend for a wonderful comment. Hugs, Jenny.

I always wanted to do advertising and graphic design, but I started my degrees in my forties, so had to do it through UNISA, which is a long distance correspondence university so chose differently. You alway send such touching, perky and apt comments Nette, I not only enjoy your poems but your replies also. love and poetry hugs, Jennifer.

I do Tom, but mostly at the Kruger park when it comes to stars - however from our garden we sometimes see the most amazing sunsets! Poetry hugs, Jennifer.
