I remember it all. Never did the magic mushrooms and all that other stuff though. While the hippies were experimenting with chemicals I was drinking Tiger's Milk and eating health food and pumping iron. I hung out around the body builders. I do miss the innocence and carefree attitude we had back then though. It was a happier time for me. There was this old man that used to call me "hippy girl" and when he would say that I Great write here. God Bless, JB

It was a great time to grow up in. Never did the drug stuff either but loved the colors of that era and the music. Great memories.

Brilliantly, and poetically, summing up the '60s, Phyl! I was a teenager in the '60s and I still remember some of it...lol. Yes, I had long hair, wore flared jeans and tie-dye T-shirts. We had house parties, playing great music and having a great time. Good luck in the contest! Regards, Robert.

Phyllis, I think you did a marvelous job just as good as anyone else in this contest, so I don't think you missed anything. I enjoyed how yours played more to the sociological aspect of the 60's, which to me is the most interseting aspect of any decade. The formatting was very cool. Even looked 60's to me! Nice seeing you today, sweetie.LUv, Andrea
