8 cups of cooked cous cous 1 cup of sautéed zucchini 1 cup of sautéed onion 1 cup of sautéed green peppers 1 cup of seeded diced cucumber 1/3 cup of steamed and sautéed carrots 1/4 cup of sliced ginger root (sautéed 5 cups of shredded pork 9seasoned) 1/3 cup of olive oil 5 tablespoons of garlic crushed 3 tablespoons of cayenne 1/2 lemon juice 1 cup of sesame seeds 1/4 cup of vinegar 1/4 cup of honey 1/4 cup of brown sugar 3 tablespoons of fish stock 2 tablespoons of masala toast 1 cup of sesame seeds in a pan, remove from heat, add to a food processer, blend, add olive oil, cayenne, garlic,, masala, lemon juice and honey ,brown- sugar , fish stock and vinegar. toast sesame seed dressing over cous cous, mixing well. add sautéed veggies. and cucumber, top with the seasoned cooked pork.
