Anyone in and out of hospitals, may relate to this.

In the deepest of sad emotions My mind as been turned off Exiting off the highway of life The turn off of all time As I rot in Ward J Insane and sublime The bars on the windows speak The bartender sneaks in a wee piss My mind flies away in the wind I wish to to to to tell you my small thoughts Or comments Yet here I am Locked away in hell The soup is cold The orderlies so blind

This brings me back to my time in such a hell. Not a nice place to be. I wish I could visit.

Powerful poetry, Arthur. Been there in that straight jacket space. Such a mind-numbing place. Expressed so very well by your capable pen thoughts. Love and joy always.

You've described that feeling of hopelessness poignantly Arthur. Inside the mind of a poet lies many many prisons.
