Try Harder
Walk hard, stand tall
dream big, or don't at all
nobody there, to push you along
hold it steady, stay strong
I've said it more times
than I can count
I've been down
I've been out
I've thrown it all away
a time or two before
I keep getting back up
and begging for more
pain and struggle
so I push my efforts
to the double
Seems the harder that I try
the higher that I fall
leaving no room for wonder
if I gave it all my all
I keep pushing steady
ready for the end
only thing I ask you
is to pay some heed, my friend
