Trusting In the Lord
In this world of so much insecurity
we need an anchor for our soul
one of dependability and trust
that is certain complete and whole
No man can fit this task
all have fallen short of the mark
but there's one that came from heaven
showing His light to brighten our dark
The Lord almighty sent His only son
Jesus Christ God incarnate
came to be our only saviour
of this world He did create
This saviour is the only one
that you can truly really trust
for His promises are for real
never again will you go burst
So trust in the Lord your God
hold on for He truly loves you
wishing to stick by your side
one who remains wholly true
( "just Remind ourselves God is trustworthy.")
