If it please the Court,
I have a layman's question
about this federal government shutdown.

I'm guessing you all have noticed
in the Constitution's Preamble
that it's ultimate purpose democratically includes
to create a more perfect union.

I'm wondering if you are concerned,
as I am,
that when the President swore to defend that Constitution
maybe he hadn't read
and actually comprehended his administrative responsibilities
toward achieving this "more perfect union"

Rather than throwing all his CEO resources
behind creating a more perfectly partisan disunion,
which I believe background discussion notes
from the forefathers' constitutional convention 
mention as a toxic aberration 

They cooperatively hoped 
their authentic democratic intention
would thereby preclude 
future partisan inflation.

With this historical-contextual conserving background 
in fundamental instructive mind,
I would like to hear your legal opinion
about the President's constitutional right (or flatulent wrong)
to disproportionately shutdown federal government staffing
and financial resources
in those States where the majority 
did not deign to vote 
for his royal disloyal majesty.

I suppose my conservative economic follow-up question,

If this is the President's constitutional right,
to create a more perfect partisan disparity,
then does kleptocratic bipolarity follow
corporations and private citizens
in Blue States
will be paying a proportionally reduced federal tax rate?
to avoid repeating historic royal exploitation problems

For example, Boston tea party shout outs
actively resisting unfair-share taxation 
paid by those without his trumped up 
authoritative over-capitalized Highness
and golden ballroom misrepresentation.
