The poetess of optimism, her poems flow buoyant
Portray the positive motif of life in turbulent times
Upholding the convivial sentiment of togetherness
Carolyn Devonshire departed glorifying eternal hope. 

The poetess of inspiration, Connie Marcum Wong  
Enthralled me with the beauty of nature she framed
Within the word format of solace and joy in poems
That still resonates in my heart although she is gone.

The poetess of brevity, her poems are of few words
With the finesse of a contemporary word artist
Her sensitivity to the travails of our trying times
Heidi Sands appreciably depicts in her poetry.
