Trapped In the Corridors of the Mind

trapped in the corridors of the mind,
seeking solace from much torment.
life was unbearable and so unkind,
I felt each day wasn't heaven-sent.

as I stood on the corner of despair,
I met a nice angel in human form.
my angel showed me love and care,
when we parted, I faced each storm.

I always loved that word Alexis " corridor," not often used but it evokes such great visual, glad your angel paid you a visit, priceless aren't they ? xo
