Wrote three days after the fall of the Twin Towers.
They were Two Tall prodigious sentinels.
That had steadily looked over us, beyond us, for us.
Innocent virgins by themselves.
Yet, touched by man, raped by vultures.
They were birthed by dust and dust received.
Remember the good, remember the departed.
I hope this makes you think of someone,
Something greater than all of us.
In introspective and perspective;
Rebuild hope, rebuild faith and rebuild dreams.
Be strong as they were in remembrance.
The TOWERS.
