Tough Greta Thunberg
A very young Swede
felt a need
to tell the world the truth.
Less today
and gone tomorrow,
it's very plain to see.
Ice caps melt,
polar bears starve
and plastic
we now eat.
Now Greta
may seem
a bit too tough
but it's exactly
what we need,
a cold hard slap
of reality
regardless
of nationality
may cause us
to stop and think,about what
we leave behind,
before the Earth's extinct.
