Notes About The Poem

Terrorism Touches all of us!

Touched By Terrorism

Touched by terrorism

T ortured, traumatized touched by terrorism
O utrageous onslaughts obliterate innocence
U nprecedented Ultra-extremist atrocities
C auterized consciences create cataclysm
H emorrhaging humanity hopelessly held hostage.

The evils being committed are outrageous atrocities, and John, you and I are aware of some that are touching us very closely. Your alliteration adds to the symbolism of your message, and it was done with great tact.

Well, to answer your question on my poem...you sure do know how to write an awesome acrostic poem that really is powerful in its message and in how you crafted this. So much truth is found in your words. Sharon is going to have a tough time judging this contest. Best wishes my friend.
