Touch the Moon
Boasting in perigee, this moon we seek to capture
Making love to lunar light
Basking in its generous rapture
Reach to touch a full moon so bright
Bestowing rare shadows to the night
Artistic endeavors inspired
By a celestial rarity
Brightest of orbs admired
In each rural locale or city
Before its fickle glow fades without pity
