Touch me with your heart's chiaroscuro! Oxygen shall travel elsewhere; this is our waltz. Understand that it's okay to trip; I don't need to be impressed. Celebrate with me tonight as we rejoice in each other's lovely imperfections! Honey, even if we fall, we'll stand through all odds together. (Written on June 27th, 2017)

Thanks, Alexis! I'm proud of it because it was the first poem I posted on this website and first contest I've ever entered into on PoetrySoup. "Chiaroscuro" a new word for me. I would remove your name from the poem though, we are not supposed to put our names on the poems when entering contests. Also, welcome to PS and good luck in your first contest.
