Skies shine a strange green, enchanted light Storm clouds frown, grumble, and complain Masculine forces flex, anticipating a frantic fight Eerie scents, wicked winds, atmospheric strain Energetic leaves flip upside-down, signaling their plight Crackling lightning strikes, releasing pent up pain

Thanks a lot dear poetess on an intelligent take in this contest and skilfully crafting beautiful verses on the "augury " of a tornado. May the divine light ever rest with you and brighten your path.

Gosh Crystol this is so descriptive - hope I never have to experience this sort of weather and thankfully its not something we have in the Island but we do get horrendous winds... hubby has just finished mending the fence from a severe storm we had earlier this year! hugs jan xx

Thank you! We are Under a tornado watch for this evening... never had one hit too close to home but all around us. The worst weather we experienced was the flood a few years back. It took so long to clean up that mess! Thanks for dropping by! Xo
