Too much of everything
Nothing simple anymore
News channels obsolete
Opinions galore

Grocery stores sell it all
Not a thing one of a kind
Now even apps for that
Decisions all the time

Factor in time constraints 
It has to be this minute
The now or never attitude
Leaves no enjoyment in it

You all know that feeling
When going on overload
I know not to ignore it
Will hide or hit the road

A few minutes alone time
To give my mind a rest
Decompress stress level
Take a few deep breaths

This world keeps spinning and so do we. Sometimes you're winning, sometimes me. It's when we least expect it that things fall into place. It's best to keep it open and a smile upon our face. Your mind that is. :)
