Tonight

Running away in Strawberry fields That have ripened in the sun He’s hot on my heels I want to belong to someone But I run run run He could be Cool and cleansing Like water washing Over me Allover me He took my hand in the gentlest way And he’ll always stay Is written allover his face But I crave to push him away Pushing away Is all I’ve ever known And he’ll wonder what he did wrong Strawberry fields hold me And they told me I am a good girl Seem to be made of wood girl You did all you could girl But you have got to try harder. He’s it. Running won’t get you anywhere this time Not tonight. Strawberry fields of wisdom Said I’m my own prison That I lock myself into And its true I’m so scared of this Of you Only I love you was on my mind I realized this tonight Just need more time More time More time
