Tomorrow's Children

Tomorrow's Children The children of today will be the future of tomorrow. The children of today are seeing and living in a lot of violance. They see it everyday. They see it on TV, Video games, at home and almost everywhere. What kind of future awaits us? What will tomorrow's children be like? It is not the childre's fault. They are not born bad. It is what they learn as they are growing up. A good education doesn't start in school. It starts at home. If we teach our children good things, they will learn to do good. Whatever we do in life, it will reflect in our children. Let us set a good exemple for them today and watch them follow in the right path, so tomorrow's children can be better citizen's for our Country...

Bravo to your beautiful idealism. Yes, children are the spreading energy of the future, and we must do the best that we can to form their opinions of what is important, spiritual, and pure. Bravo, Poet!

I couldn't agree with you more my friend! I see the future as being gloomier too due to our neglect of our children, well at least some children, I can't say all children are raised wrong as I would be incorrect in that statement! I would like to think I raise my child right, at least I try too! She's not much of I child anymore, shes 17, almost an adult, but she's still my daughter and I still have to raise her correctly...by example! I loved reading this grand poem this evening! Great Work!!

i heard a psycologist say today "What ever makes the child happy" as a solution to family problems. I wish i had her number. I would have told her "spare the rod spoil the child." but no doubt she is not a bible fan. and probably comes with lawyers advice saying that she would be found liable if some parent should harm their child while useing the rod to correct them. The world is wrong because of the state being in the house. They are suppose to protect it not regulate it to stagnation.
