Really enjoyed the humor in this poem, Gerard. I really wanted to rank it in the contest, but Karen and I felt those poems that didn't adhere to 5-7-5 syllable schemes were not "true" senryus. However, it's a very witty take on the photo and I had a good laugh reading it. Love, Carolyn

Interesting and fun Senryu. Perhaps if you use "flick" :) instead of "movie" you'll have the right syllable count (7) and it will also rhyme with "critic". Thanks for sharing. Best wishes, Caroline.
