This hits home dear Clive, as a mental health advocate , i agree with you, especially stigma around certain mental health illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder just is so sad, to see, as individuals suffer in silence too afraid to be judged. Brilliant how you’ve conveyed this. Sending you light today and always

I agree...such a stigma is associated with mental illness. It's as if people thing it's a disease they'll catch or will rub off on them. The elephant in the room, indeed. Thanks for this profound poem and message, best wishes, Sara
