To My Literary Friends

I open my soul to this paper and pen
sharing my words with my literary friends.
Looking to see if my words you can believe
as time rolls by, your thoughts and comments
help me achieve.
Your wonderful characters to my mind unfolds
as I read each of your stories so beautifully
told. Some scary, some sad and some so down
right funny that I laugh like mad.
Each of you I hold dear, for there is nothing like
a story told by a friend that may or may not
be near.
I share your memories and I share your thoughts
but most of all I share your hearts.
