You are a good judge of character, David. The protagonist in this story with a profile of a greedy aristocrat is replaced by his very own! He will live long, they always do. Enjoyed.

Classical music unfinished. Once a piece of music has dithered long enough, the idea of a neat, rounded-off ending becomes impossible in principle. By the same token, these pieces never really get going. They start with a gesture that sounds like an introduction, but the music never gets beyond it, okay Bach!

To my eternal shame I totally overlooked the book contest, I suppose I could still write one and post it as a late entry, you’ve no idea how many unfinishable poems for contests I’ve started,

I just wished you would have chosen a book suggestion for the book contest. Surely, I could have put on display a classic book, but to my dismay, some are too short and too boring! I feel just fine with helping the up-and-coming new generation of genius!

Heya Anaya, Good take on my Monoku, as we say here in Ireland “he didn’t lick it off the stones” no doubt he will live long contaminating everything around him, cheers David

Well, that little bugger! I hope gramps isn't hard of hearing. You've upgraded the Monoku form into storytelling length, David. Fantastic!

I’m certain it has happened. Life is real… the good, the bad and the cheeky b’tards.

Yeah I blame the parents Lin for creating this cheeky li’l b’tard, but he also spilled the beans on their ulterior motive for visiting gramps, would never happen in real life! would it? lol, Cheers David
