Titsy and Me Escaping His Kittens

They asked if they could borrow Titsy for a space cat ad. I thought he might like it, being a first time cat dad. These whining mewing kittens were driving us both mad. So I agreed to let them have him for their astronaut ad. Titsy kept thanking me over and over for the chance to be a star. I did not mind at all, could not wait to run out to the car. Let’s go out for lunch after the photos are taken, I suggest. He was glad to think of it, and did not in any way protest. Tina, the wife of the cat litter kingdom was miffed to say the least. I would make a better model, she argued, a bit of a jealous beast. We’ll bring you back a treat, I promised, maybe some fine cat nip. I forgot that as a lactating mom, she dare not put that sip upon her lip. Titsy was given nip so his eyes looked wildly large and over wide. He loved being the center of attention with a space ship by his side. Let’s never go back, he said. And we both laughed until we cried. Knowing Tina would hunt us down and kill us though; no way to hide. So we stopped at the diner and had tenderloins, we two. We talked about our days of bachelorhood, before Tina. We were goo. We wrapped up the left overs and headed back home to the wives. We had promised forever to them, so we shared a side of fries.
