As blue felicity surrounds me from above
Tiny wings play me the song of your love
I never find sorrow in your sapphire beauty
For your fluttery nature seems to consume me

You've waxed eloquent with this contest, Sam . Love your choice of words like sapphire beauty and blue felicity. "A fanciful day, your merriment behooves me" ... To tell you the truth this contest behooved me! I couldn't do it, so I just rebelled ... lol.

Thanks, Tim-- I wrestled quite a bit with these lines, more than I care to admit but I'm glad it matched Eve's muse in the end. Just happy to create the new work-- and I read yours, you def got it right my friend.. when all else fails..go for funny, everyone loves to laugh ;)
