Time To Rise

time to rise
How do you stop this cycle that is so endless
It’s so hard when your beat and so defenceless

And so you blindly keep digging that endless pit
 all that you can give
But it seems yourself you can’t forgive

It’s time now to get up
Start all over again
Yes you’ve been here before
So you know how to get over the pain

You know what to do
You know how it has to be
It’s up to you now let’s see
Have you got what it takes inside of you

Get up fight come on
You got this
 think of your sons
Any thing that works for you
But you have to be honest and true

It’s all inside
It was never going to be an easy ride
Stop crying over what you lost

There is always going to be a cost
Give it up and move on
Just like an morning frost at dawn
Add a little sunshine and warmth it’s not there for long

The pity pot is full
Get up and stand tall
It’s there inside believe
Don’t let your head deceive

All the pain and sorrow
Means nothing now
It’s almost tomorrow
So Let’s start now

Come on Now show us what you can do
Make Every one of those 97 days must count
Let’s be fair now
you was strong honest and true
Let the memory of them stand out

You’ve beat yourself enough
Yes it’s been painful yes it’s been rough
Now it’s time to be strong and tough

After all when you fall ithat’s not a failure
It’s when you just stay and don’t try just lay there
So come on whatever it takes
Don’t fill your head with all
That sadness
Do what ever it takes
Let’s give it our all and nothing less
After all the pain and all the cries
Even you must surely realise
It really is time to rise
