Time Out
TIME OUT
Thus will man stop the sun
make long shadows cry
cause this rock to stop its roll
believing nature must comply,
take direction from the hands
of ticking, tocking, gears
shift the world to meet his needs
while nature laughs ‘til shedding tears.
When told of this the owl said, “WHO?”
the mocking lion roared
butterflies just flapped their wings
as black bears loudly snored.
