Time Lost Eyes

Sitting all alone
Sitting pondering time
Time I can't get back
Time travel is impossible
Impossible is but a state of mind
Impossible until it's possible
Possible to rise
Possible to think
Think beyond here
Think past now
Now is more than now
Now is the intersection
Intersection between yesterday and tomorrow
Intersection of logic and imagination
Imagination lifts
Imagination removes boundaries
Boundaries set in stone
Boundaries impossed by others
Others not worthy
Others to whom we gave our power
Power that was never their's
Power to change
Change is inevitable
Change changes everything
Everything and nothing
Everything is connected
Connected by time
Connected by thought
Thoughts we ponder
Thoughts thought by greater minds
Minds interconnected
Minds over matter
Matter is not a solid thing
Matter is vibrating energy
Energy is not in short supply
Energy is in all things
Things that seem small
Things thought insignificant
Insignificant until they are not
Insignificant teeters on possible
Possible outcomes
Possible compatibilities
Compatibilities of opposites
Compatibilities not seen with naked eyes
Eyes lost in memories
Eyes blinded
Blinded by sad
Sad
Memories

Not a matter of creativity but rather a lack of capacity to count past 49, which means I may never get to my favorite number which is 69!

Brilliant, I agree with Justin, and like how this weaves science and logic, with emotion. I did not kn ow this form, very very interesting style.

I like that you included the staggering truth of subatomic physics in this important poem of imaginative initiative Richard. Your intersection metaphor is very motivating and original. Bringing free forces together to build the unknown is awesome, although there is a price, or sacrafice for using free forces, but so worthwhile. Youre awesome with Blitz poetry...I'm looking forward to doing some Blitz work within the next few years. Xool work! J.A.B.

Wowser, I struck gold with this one. You triumphed with this blitz form, and took me on a roller coaster of profundity and the human mind. Really enjoyed these lines "Insignificant until they are not Insignificant teeters on impossible." Even the most insignificant little fleck of dust, is more complicated than the whole of New York City, during rush hour. And yet those same tiny particles are capable of wiping out millions due to some devastating disease. Faving this one...

Ow gee..its as if you're opening a lock to past memories to linger, present moments to entwine, and future thoughts to remove boundaries..Boundaries from what is yet go discover.Powerful indeed. I must have been an identical twin to you in another life..Cause all these words come rambling on my mind scrutinizing my spirit inside. To my fvs.

Good advice Sara. For me I do my best to stay in the moment, the past has had it's time and the future rarely turns out the way I imagine.

Wow Richard, this is quite wonderful! Your flow of thought carefully calculated to give poetry for thought. Your words flow seamlessly from line to line, not an easy task with this form. I loved it!#7
