Time Changes Things

There's a pregnant woman in a TV commer-
cial ad
Who's crooning to the baby writing a letter
to it both sad and glad
Then with tears coursing down the cheeks
She announces the waiting's over in few
more weeks
In perhaps 15 years give or take a few
She's got more tears and now is in an
angry stew
Where has that damn kid gone is he in
trouble again?
She has forgotten the feelings she had
back then

Thanks Cheryl. I used to wonder when I saw these expectant ladies how they would think about things in a few years
