Time Always Wins

Time, give me the accord Tomorrow I'd like to go back to the way it was before Where I didn't know all these people And where all my freedom was legal While I'll admit letting all these people go would be a challenging feat If you'd give me back tomorrow Like a renegade I'd retreat A goodbye is unnecessary We'll meet again In this life or the next Time always wins

"The voice of hope" - I clearly see this as a poem that honors Dr. Martin Luther King, and his birthday was yesterday. Nice one Bobby!

"Time always wins" - true. Time, death, and taxes is how the old saying should have been written in the first place. We have so many songs - like turn back time. This poem reminds us. Spend it wisely, very wisely.
