Thunder

"Be still my heart!"
The thunder, the splatter,
all the drenching liquid matter --

then the storm passes,
and out come beautiful lasses,
clipping roses for bonnets,
choosing beaus for dearer sonnets -- it's really about love --

I love both sides of this poem; the rain, and the sun. It is very happy.

God makes nothing that one can not clear to innate beauty -- the mote is in our own eyes -- reality is what we see, will into being -- unconsciously mostly, for no sane person could admit such knowledge, and bear the responsibility of his share of horrific world grief.

My wife, Ila, lived in Newfoundland for a spell. Said the most darling things in the world are pansies blossoming up through the snow.

Such a precious time of year. Does Norway get lots of flowers blooming around Easter, as is common in most of America, or is it still a bit too cold? -- hugs.
