Thoughts

I'm trying not to think about everything that's going wrong
Just around the corner, in the imminent future, where I don't belong
but I can't help but think about all of those possibilities that could go wrong
It's an addiction that wants to find a way for me to overcome what awaits me

Time just keeps pushing me closer to that inevitable end
And what can I do to keep it from coming all depends upon chance
When the wheels are already rolling, how do you stop it?
Stop it from rolling over your dreams and who you thought you were
