words cocked and loaded
it’s only fair that
I explain ~
when I say 'I love you'
I truly mean that
you’re beautiful throughout
appreciating how I feel
when I’m with you
in spite of us being apart
what I treasure most
is that warm sensation
of being close to you
if only in my heart
