Think Thank Thunk

I started to think and thank till I'd thunk
of songs I would sing and sang till I'd sung.

And what I would do that I did to be done
was to write what I wrote till I'd written down one.

While I'd sit till I'd sat and was sitting a bit
as I'd give till I gave when I'd given a hit.

As I'd hear what I'd heard what I thought I was hearing
as I'd speak what I spoke when I'd spoken while nearing

was a work that had worked and was working in whole
till the end where it ended in ending a role.

That I sing till I sang what has to be sung
as I cling and I clang to something I've clung.

And I love what I've loved while loving it all
that I'm done what I'm doing and did have a ball.

Okay Ilene. You write a poem on Swum if you've got an idea. It seems like the thing for you to do. I've got my next idea called Drink Drank Drunk I've just started. Not sure how it will turn out. The ending will tell. Might be a hangover poem. LOL

This may be something you'd read on the back of a record album. LOL

Trevor, this is so very clever and equally amusing. Should I be worried that I understood it all? lol Loved it.
