Things Aren'T Always What They Seem
Things aren’t always what they seem
Is this really life or is it a dream
It’s very hard to tell these days
Life is harder in so many ways
Just a sleeping dream of reality
Dreaming of life without clarity
Through the day then sleeping in dreams
Replaying It all through the night it seems
A virtual perpetual looping of life
Going on and on and causing strife
Nothing can stop the hands of time
As old as the hills and mountains we climb
Now am I awake or am I asleep?
Is that a snore or do I speak?
