The World I Find

It’s a cold, cruel world out there I’ve heard such words, meant to scare Yet when inside my home, in here with family dear there is no fear Life is tough, and then you die I’ve often heard this plaintive cry Yet on the Sabbath Day I find blessed rest from weekday’s grind gw couplet June 16, 2022

There is no rhyme to worldly rhythm Arising from man-induced schism. A work/rest cycle with family time Since all began, He’s had in mind.
