My
thoughts - as
words - sputter
as they’re eked out
from my wellspring of imagination.

Phrases become rhymed and metered lines that
start gushing as
I pump them
into 
poems.

I take it when arthritis flares up .. 800 mgs. of Ibuprofin prescribed by doc.. it is magical.. nothing like over the counter aspirin..they do nothing for my aches and pains mostly in my bones... last time I was there he gave them to me and it has helped so much..luv..
