The Walk-In
Many are buried in grave thoughts that linger
like ghosts housing animosity
A gracious host worries not for it knows hospitality
is the key to open doors
These doors lead to experiences in different
forms on sands of
different shores
as the hourglass pours empty & renews
The soul walks in with measured steps
in different shoes offering its views
from a higher foreign perspective
Its sight may be above the heads of
layman as they rest on pillows
in beds of their own making still dreaming
Streaming thoughts form the script of the new
movie in which it stars
as channels change
The agreement led to an exchange of
energies for purposes only
they knew
With its mission as clear as earths blue skies
it descended with the purpose to
rise while raising veils
Raising hell & shouting to high heaven
every step of the way
it climbed ladders reaching new levels
meeting new devils everyday
They too are burned by the holy fire
of the Phoenix as even
they can't stop its flame
It came to spread its wings in full view at
its convenience & the world
it stepped into was never the same
These cascading thoughts offer you a glimpse
frame by frame through the windows of
a vehicle driven by change
