The Two Things (We Are Allrounders)

The Two Things Where have we not reached? We have been to both ends We have walked under the melting sun We have walkied under the painful rain We havewalked without shoes Have not walked along the dirty streets of Agege? Have we not jogged along the clean streets of gerard? Have you stand walked in the great Idumota Market? Have you shopped at the Plams? Yes we have. What have we not done? We have jumped on moving Danfos We have stood for hours in rickety moving molues We have sat in Jeeps where we've viewed varous vistas We have slept in chilly cars moving with elegance Have we not fought street urchin in the streets like touts? Have we not sttle cases like learned men? Have you mixed and carried concrete to the tenth floor? Have you ordered concrete to be mixed and carried to the sixth floor? Yes we have. What have we not seen? We have seen swollen bodies on the road sides We have seen where billions were wasted on a burial We have seen where humans eat once a day We have seen where dogs eat nine times daily Have we not seen war, hatred, injustice and terrorism? Have we not seen equity, love peace and invasion? Have you seen electricity come and go? Have you seen the Two Things Yes we have.
