The Tree

Standing tall and slender
With so much beauty to behold
Gliding upward to full capacity
With an air that seems so bold
In the Spring it blooms so lovely and green
Summer brings an added touch
But when autumn unfolds its face, there is a change
Its color changes and for some there is a bareness that makes them seem
destitute
But continuous growth is still its must.

As changes come as for sure they will
We take example from the tree
Just stand tall and still
Sway neither to the right or to the left
Just grip hold to confidence
And conquer each change of the season
To return to a gracious, most beautiful self.
