Near the big tower Were some flowers They were wilted Ready for the litter

Very revealing poem, Darlene. There is a cycle to all life ... death being the end of our corporeal existence. Thank God the soul does not consist of flesh and bone. Even in death, the dead flower was useful. Very insightful poem, dear. Love and hugs to you.

Hello Freddie,yes there is a cycle of life for humans and plants as well.It is a good thing that the flesh does not consist of and bone flesh. I enjoyed wrotong this poem.

Thank you Old Buck, I will keep on writing I enjoy writing poetry.My favourite poet is/Robert Frost. He inspires me when I writ my poetry.
