The Testament of My Love

Its about time I confess my emotions
But let me see ? How do I start
To open up about the girl I love
The only woman who will ever own my heart

The woman i rendered myself helpless to
The woman that send electricity through my body
Every single time I think of her
The woman of pure class and simplicity

I never asked for anything special of god
So i never expected for a blessing like you.
But now it seems like I've spoken directly to him
And he made all my wishes came true.

I always wish for a person like her
To love to Cherish and to hold.
To be loyal and faithful too
To share my life in this world

but i know wishes don't come true
well i mean it don't come true for me
so while others bask in the glory of love
I write my poems alone in obscurity

I know god had place you on this earth
as quest for me to seek and find
the woman who will always be there
so beautiful sweet and kind

In the wildest of my wildest dreams
I would have always denied.
That an angel so as perfect you
heaven could have ever supplied.

But you are so much more.than i imagine
with your amazing smile on your face
you are like the prayer of every prayers
the joy of saying the morning grace

and i love you amazing trinidadian girl
beautiful precious angel that i adore
i love you now and i love you tomorrow
and i will love you forever more

With this small simple testament of my love
i confess in front god and the world today
That i will love you forever,
And forever beside you i will stay.
