Fierce winds are blowing In this dance of the raging sea A thundering voice is calling Disaster and misery Great storms are warning Flooding and catastrophe Fears of a world epidemic Now rioting in her streets It’s time for reformation A change for humanity Only the strong will survive The tears of 2020 Put on your raincoats Pray your boat floats Waves crashing mercilessly Homes are drowning Earthquakes coming Daily dread of calamities Fierce winds are blowing Set firm your anchor In the tears of 2020

2020 has been quite a year.. We are just in half time now, I hope it will still turn out good. My prayer is for this pandemic to go completely before the winter season, or else we will be in for another serious trouble. Your poem is true, apt, straight forward, clear and creative. The message is reflective enough to ponder on what one has done or accomplished this year, despite the viral and human disasters. I am positive, we will still rejoice in the year 2020. Great poem friend.

Yes Arturo, you are so right, its all about power and money, greed, only the rich have become richer during the pandemic, ,,i think of all the people, whom have lost their jobs, the hurt caused by these situations.

Too much tears in 2020.. too much grief.. the face of earth, sad and crying.. Humanity is drowning.. only the strongest of Faith, Love, endurance and beauty can survive.. Profound thoughts and powerful messages in your great work, Arturo! I so much liked what you have rendered of reality, though heart aching, in so beautiful a poetry! Great poem..... Snapshot of this year. We also have been mercilessly lied to. The death numbers are way off. Even the footage of George's death was Pre-filmed. Surprised?
