The Soldier's Virtue

The Soldier's virtue is Courage presented in a special light Be careful thy don't adorn thy house more than thy soul Oh "Moving stair of time" To suffer a wrong is an evil But to inflict one is much worse Even the best of men have failed to teach this to their own sons When Kingdoms fall and Countries are torn apart And fear strikes in full force When all attempts of peace have been exhausted The price for corruption is often paid in innocent blood
