The Snowy Owl
When the sun sets in the western sky
And night descends upon the land
The snowy owl awakes from his rest
And in the forest seeks a dinner guest
This nocturnal hunter sits and waits
With one graceful swoop from it's branch
Appears like a white ghost
Swiftly and silently gets it's prey
Any movements noticed
In one swoop catches it's meal.
