The Shadow Man

A man watches the water flow bye Thinks of how he’s going to die He’s got the shadow man He’s got the shadow man Women stares into death Lost child high on meth She’s got the shadow man She’s got the shadow man Children smile on their last day All the words they’ll never say They got the shadow man They got the shadow man

You are going to have to fill me in as to what a shadow man is though.

I am going to stand where the sun is directly above me so that the shadow man can't touch me. Well done poem, very thought provoking.

The "Shadow Man" must also be the angel of death. You're not describing Lamont Cranston here. Good write.
